Professional Experience
Over 20 years in the food industry. 10 Years with CMi - including set up of Assured Produce/Eurepgap. Responsible for Beef Labelling Scheme. BRC audits and training of BRC auditors worldwide. Also several roles within Tesco – as QA Manager within Distribution depots and also as an auditor for the PIU team. More recently Technical Director for a produce import company – Sydney Hart.
